The
Entertainment Artistes' Benevolent Fund provides and maintains Brinsworth
House a residential home for retired members of the entertainment profession and /or their dependents.
Brinsworth is supported by income from the proceeds of the annual
"Royal Variety Performance"
and other fund-raising events.

The EABF
also assists by weekly pensions, grants or in any other way the executive committee may
deem expedient. The Profession has established a real Home for the aged
where they may
spend their days in safety, peace, and tranquility.
Brinsworth now accommodates 36 residents
who are cared for
by a dedicated staff
of nurses and attendants. Residential
